What All Is Included In F&B Services?

• Food And Beverage
  Not only will the program prepare you to enter the hotel industry but also enhance your skills in food and beverage services. You will be exposed to the professional settings and provided practical knowledge in culinary basics, food preparation, sanitation, safety, nutrition, cost control, purchasing, as well as, small business management.
• House Keeping
  The objective is to make our students specialise in the vital fields of Housekeeping operations. Undergoing our program can help you in achieving a Management position and excel in your career. The student just needs to be flexible, extrovert, and have a good command over the local language.
• Front Office
  If recent surveys are to be believed, the demand of trained manpower in the hotel industry is much more as compared to managers. Students will be taught the core disciplines related to Front Office operations. Achieving an Executive position in the front office can help you in earning recognition all over the hotel industry.

Eligibility And Duration:

Anyone who has passed their 10 level examinations is eligible to undergo this programme. The duration of our F&B Services/ House Keeping/ Front Office Programme is 9 months. This includes 3 months of theory and 9 months of industrial training.
